We wanted to have an outdoor reception, but with the unpredictability of Kansas weather we opted for a contemporary-indoor location. Abode matched the theme of Exploration Place: it was the perfect spot.
We had a full dinner, of course cake, and a dark chocolate fondue fountain. If you know the family, you know there is always plenty of food. We were told upon our arrival from our honeymoon guests went home with “doggy bags.” When we returned to our house, there was still plenty of leftovers for us in the freezer. It was a fabulous reception complete with food, dancing, and memories.
